Flip Sprouts 4-5 Year Olds - 45 minute classes. 5:15-6:00 p.m.
Flip Sparks 6-7 Year Olds - 1 hour classes. 6:00-7:00 p.m.
Flip Flames 8-9 Year Olds - 1 hour classes. 7:00-8:00 p.m.
Parent & Tot (ages 18months to 3 years old)
This parent-assisted class is the perfect introduction to gymnastics for our youngest athletes! Caregivers participate alongside their child as they explore basic movement, balance, and coordination in a fun and supportive environment. Through guided activities, obstacle courses, and play-based learning, children will begin to develop motor skills, body awareness, and confidence while building a love for movement. Our goal is to create a positive first experience in the gym while encouraging bonding, social interaction, and independence at each child's own pace.
Flip Sprouts (ages 4-5)
Flip Sprouts is designed as a fun and engaging introduction to gymnastics for young athletes. Participants will learn basic gymnastics skills through structured activities, obstacle courses, and skill stations. The class focuses on developing coordination, balance, flexibility, and listening skills in a positive and supportive environment. Athletes will build confidence, independence, and a strong foundation for future progression in the sport.
Flip Sparks (ages 6-7)
Flip Sparks builds on foundational skills while introducing more structured gymnastics progressions. Athletes will begin working on skills across all events, including vault, bars, beam, and floor in a fun and encouraging setting. This class focuses on strength, flexibility, coordination, and technique while continuing to build confidence and work ethic. Athletes will develop their skills through consistent practice and goal-oriented instruction.
Flip Flames (ages 8-9)
Flip Fames is designed for athletes ready to advance their gymnastics skills with increased focus and intensity. Participants will work on more challenging skill progressions across all events while refining technique and consistency. This class emphasizes strength, flexibility, and skill development while encouraging confidence, discipline, and perseverance. Athletes will continue building a strong foundation for future opportunities within the program.
